Shipping

Your order will be dispatched in a plain packaging or box using postal services, DHL or any other service available. During the checkout process you’ll have the choice between different level of services offering different speed and insurance levels.

 

UK deliveries

Standard shipping:

Your order should reach you with 2-7 working days. We usually ship between 1 and 3 working days and ship using a 2-4 working days postal method.

 Express shipping:

Your order should reach you with
1-4 working days. We usually ship between 1 and 2 working days and
ship using a 1-2 working days postal method.

 

International Deliveries

We are shipping orders directly from Switzerland and Europe. So we are taking care of the VAT and fees for your orders. European and Swiss customers received the orders easily without any additional fees. For non EU countries you orders may be subject to local taxes and charges by customs. You are responsible for the import and charges. You can check those charges with your local authorities.

We are unable to refund any order that would be blocked by customs authorities.

 

 

EU Deliveries

Your orders will arrive with 5 – 15 working days. We usually process and group the orders in 2-4 working days and delivery takes 3-7 days using french post, Mondial Relay or DPD.

NON EU Deliveries

Your orders will arrive with 7 – 20 working days. We usually
process and group the orders in 2-4 working days and delivery takes 5-15
days using Deutschepost.
